☎ ethercall

Call people, not phone numbers.

Reach anyone by their Ethereum address — or their ENS name. No SIM card, no carrier, no account to sign up for. Your identity is a keypair you already own.

How it works

1. Open ethercall on your device.
2. Enter an address — 0x… — or a name like alice.eth.
3. They get a call, cryptographically signed by you.

Why

Phone numbers are a centralized identity layer rented from carriers. They follow you across services, leak across breaches, and disappear if you change country. An Ethereum address is yours — portable, censorship-resistant, and already the way you sign in to the rest of the open network.

Status

In development. This page is hosted on Swarm and resolved through the ethercall.eth ENS name.
